Well the second round of fighting has begun after a major victory for gun rights in the united states we are taking losses in the small scale battles.

Pressure from gun rights advocates and hunters alike has caused for the removal of Sen. Dianne Feinstein D-Calif. Senate bill S-150 to be removed from Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid D-Nev. National gun bill.
Although Sen. Dianne Feinstein D-Calif. Bill is out of the running, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed three other measures. These three measures include bills to strengthen federal penalties for trafficking and straw purchases, Improve school safety (More kill zone signs) and universal background checks on all firearms purchases.

On the cool spring night of April 18, 1775 lantern alarms were lit sending Paul Revere and William Dawes and other riders to sound the alarms. The British are coming! The messengers cried out, waking every house, and warning that the British columns were making way by land towards Lexington. 
Sheriffs and U.S.. Companies throughout these United States stand up for citizens right to carry and bear arms. As locally elected officials sheriffs are more in tune with the reality of gun crimes and accidents. As with any horrific fatality or injury those nearest to them are more passionate to their resolve and prevention. Though the overall consensus may sway in favor of controlling access to weapons they often overlook the usefulness of their employ by its citizens as a deterrent to systemic crime. This in turn causes the empathetic to over-react and over-regulate in times of great remorse caused by weapon's misuse. The sad reality is that without wide spread gun ownership ever increasing personal assaults should be expected as criminals would increase their piranha activities and targeting larger segments of defenseless law abiding citizens. Those of us and ours who do not feel compelled to possess or own a weapon, outcry these historical crimes, without consideration that they are more subject to criminal malice than those well armed and trained until such time as they are the victim. Then where will they turn when...
